People swear by Schluter in all things tile but honestly they’re a new(er) thing and not really carried by US big box stores, so certainly don’t feel like you are wrong for not knowing the name. Frankly, for my money a lot of their stuff is too expensive and tends to solve a problem that might not really exist.

I would avoid a wood piece as it looks like you have done a nice job and wood will make it look amateur.
